オーストリアの夏
６月はまた夏じゃないですけど、最近は夏みたいな温度です。新聞によるとアフリカからの高気圧地帯で温度は３６度まで上がる可能性です。今週は本当に暑いです！
普通は夜になると雷が鳴ると激しく雨も降ると涼しくなります。夜も暑いまま最近は良く寝ません…窓を開けるのに部屋の温度下がりません。家も普通エアコンがないです。
今は本当に麦茶は飲みたいです！
仕事の所もエアコンがなくて、中は本当に暑いです…
週末は嵐が来る予定ですから、来週は涼しくなるでしょう。
不思議のは３週間前ほどは山に雪が降るぐらいに寒かったです…
ヨロッパ温度は変わりやすいです。
後は、オーストリアは今夜遅くまでまた明るいですよ！太陽が沈むのは21時ぐらいになります。オーストリアに帰ったときもそれでビックリしました。
21日は一番長い日です。多分22時まで明るいかな？
その日は今住んでいる村で祭りがあります。花火もあります。
オーストリアに帰ったときは食べ物の買い物した後にショッピングカートをスーパーの入り口に戻しました。その時車が来て違う方向に走っててビックリしました。右測交通ですから日本と逆ですね。
自転車を始めて乗るときにもちょっと難しかったです。
実は第２次世界大戦の前はオーストリアにも左側交通でした！
オーストリアとドイツを結んだ後、ヒトラーは右側に運転することを導入しました。時々田舎で昔の道しるべを見るとそれが明らかになります。

今週ビザに必要な書類は完成です。
後2週間以内日本に帰って、7月から仕事が始まります予定です。
Deutsch /ドイツ語 – Schon Sommer?
Im Juni war es bisher noch nie so heiß, dass man
denken könnte, dass es Sommer ist. Oder ich bin es vielleicht auch nur nicht
gewohnt. Laut Zeitung liegt momentan ein Hochgebiet aus Afrika über Österreich,
deswegen ist es diese Woche an die 35°C heiß, und noch nicht mal in der Nacht
wird es wirklich kühler – alles also fast wie der japanische Sommer, nur schwül
ist es nicht. Aber dafür gibt es in Japan allerdings Klimaanlagen, die ich hier
zumindest in der Nacht vermisse.
Am Wochenende soll es aber wieder Unwetter geben, dann ist es nächste Woche
hoffentlich wieder etwas kühler!
Vor allem ist es dann in der Arbeit auch angenehmer, weil wir da auch keine
Klimaanlage installiert haben.
Am 21. gibt es hier im Ort auch anlässlich der
Sonnenwende eine Feier.
Um diesen Tag ist auch der Geburtstag Johannes des Täufers (24. Juni) zu dem
man traditionell die Johannisfeuer anzündet. Wird dieser Brauch eigentlich noch
durchgeführt?
Als ich nach Österreich zurückgekommen bin, war auch
ein sehr interessanter Moment als ich nach dem Lebensmitteleinkauf den
Einkaufswagen zurückbringen wollte.
Ein Auto ist mir nämlich entgegen gekommen und ich wusste nicht auf welcher
Seite es entlangfahren wird… die Stelle auf dem Supermarktparkplatz war jetzt
auch nicht so, dass man sich strikt an das Rechtsfahrgebot halten würde, aber
trotzdem war’s ein etwas seltsames Gefühl.
In Japan herrscht ja Linksverkehr, da war ich teilweise auch beim Fahrradfahren
etwas verwirrt.
In Österreich herrschte übrigens vor dem 2. Weltkrieg auch in Österreich
Linksverkehr! Erst Adolf Hitler hat das Rechtsfahrgebot nach dem Anschluss
Österreichs an Deutschland eingeführt. An manchen alten Schildern auf dem Land
in Österreich kann man das heute noch sehen.

summer in Austria
It’s still June, but the temperature in Austria is very hot recently! According
to the newspaper the hot weather is because of the high-pressure area that came
from Africa.
Everyday it is about 36°C, and even in the night the temperatures don’t drop.
It’s already a little bit like the Japanese summer, but without the humidity.
But there are air conditioners in every home in Japan, with I really miss in
the night, because I can’t sleep well in the hot weather.
But there should be thunderstorms on
the weekend, so it may get cooler next week.
Especially as it is very hot at the part-time job place, because we don’t have an air conditioner there either.
On the 21st there will be a
festival held in this town, because of the solstice.
It is also the birthday of John the Baptist on the 24th. So, in some cities
there will be fires light to celebrate it. I don’t know if that is also done in
other countries?
When I returned to Austria,
I went grocery shopping on the way from the airport. When I wanted to return
the shopping card, there was a car coming my way, and I didn’t know where to
go, because I didn’t know which way the car would go… I really couldn’t predict
it, because it’s the other way around to Japan!
As you drive on the left side in Japan, also with the bike, I sometimes made
the mistake to ride it on the wrong side. Luckily there weren’t many other bikers…
By the way, in Austria there
has been left-hand driving until the 2nd world war. Adolf Hitler
changed it to the other side, when he took over Austria.
In the countryside you can sometimes see old signs.
